The OSZS 1L Vacuum bag sampler‘s pump extracts air from the sampling barrel, creating negative pressure inside the barrel. This causes the bags within the barrel to automatically draw in air from the external environment, ensuring that the sampled gas does not come into contact with any components of the barrel, nor with the pump or tubing. This achieves zero contamination in gas sampling.
The OSZS 1L Vacuum Bag Sampler can collect 1L of sample gas in just 10 seconds. It features an American PARK micro brushless peristaltic pump with a sampling capacity of 6L/min.
The built-in rechargeable lithium iron phosphate battery has a capacity of 19.2Wh, providing power for the pump to operate continuously for 5 hours.
The OSZS 1L Vacuum Bag Sampler is equipped with an automatic switch, which prevents the gas sampling bag from becoming overfilled.
The sampling barrel is designed for outdoor use, with a sturdy construction that allows it to operate in harsh environments while being lightweight and portable.
The transparent housing allows for real-time monitoring of the sampling status.
The OSZS 1L Vacuum Bag Sampler comes with Teflon tubing that can connect to various gas sampling bag valve interfaces.
The barrel capacity is customizable, supporting options of 1L, 3L, 5L, 10L, or 4*1L. Scheduled sampling can also be customized, with pricing available upon contacting customer service. A tripod can be configured as an additional option.
1. Open the transparent cover.
2. Place the gas sampling bag inside the sampling canister.
3. Connect the Teflon tubing to the stem of the bag valve.
4. Close the transparent cover.
5. Press the power switch to turn on the power.
6. After 10 seconds, the bag will be filled with gas and sampling will stop automatically.
7. Open the cover, close the bag valve, and remove the bag from the sampling canister.
